Post Body
Iām not sure if this is a dangerous way to think, but honestly, I enjoy certain things more on meds.
- TV? I can pay more attention to whatās going on and I donāt pick up my phone every five minutes
- Cooking? I can follow more steps on a recipe without getting distracted.
- Conversing with friends/being in social situations? I can actually slow down and feel āin itā. Usually my mind is going 10 different places at a time.
Is it bad that I think this way? Like there are gains to using meds without actively being āproductiveā?
