I've just learned that you can now legally bring Vyvanse into Japan, if you have the appropriate documentation. This isn't a total win, because medications like Adderall are still illegal, but this is a great first step, and a much better situation for those of us who cannot tolerate methylphenidate-based meds (some of which are also legal).
