So I am looking for your guys ways of coping with ADHD without meds. I have been off and on medication since I was in elementary school (am 28 now) but I haven't taken them in 5 or 6 years now.
I have recently realized that my life is truly being affected so poorly and in such a negative way without medication because my interest and focus toiterally everything drops and if it doesn't have a constant glow of dopamine I can't do it.
But my problem is I have moved to Europe 3 years ago and I want to get on medication but here (Finland) they seem to be entirely strict and it looks as if it is going to be a huge process in the mean time to possibly get medication and I am not able to go back to USA for some time.
So I would love ways, anything, even if low amounts of caffiene a day will have to suffice. I have noticed just one cup of coffee makes my entire life feel so normal even for an hour or two. But any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
