Hi yes I'm new to this whole....adhd community thing I've been off my medication since I was 12 (I'm 26) and life has been pretty good other than the over thinking which maturity is somewhat fixing. Let me say this first I do not like pharmacies medications including adderall so please do not suggest that for me, i hated how they would give it to me and i would over focus and never remember a thing nore have a personality. I had to grow up tough unfortunately due to being one of the only ones in the house who would help his mother do household chores as she had seizures so the meaning of life is somewhat a bit hazy anyways. Im asking everyone else here who I've never met before and am quite curious to know, How do you suggest I control my natural focus? Or train it more. I'm willing to answer questions and such.
