How do I stop scrolling for hours before going to sleep?
Post Body

Nothing seems to work. Even when I'm doing okay and I can manage to get myself to bed at like, 11PM, I end up... playing Catan Universe or Mini Metro and just scrolling Facebook and Twitter until 5AM. Even if I have class or work the next day at 9AM! I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but I seem to have no self-preservation instinct. By 4.30-5AM, it isn't even relaxing anymore... I just keep doing it. Time blindness kicks me in the face every night, and every day I'm too tired to do anything because of it. (It's taken me like a month to get "post on r/ADHD" off of my to-do list lmao)

Anyway, are there any apps you guys use? Maybe something that can turn your phone off at like, 2AM, and turn it back on at like 6-7AM or something? Every time I've installed an app blocker, I just find a way around it, because I'm a fucking idiot, lol. I just want to find a way to force myself to have the instinct to just... switch off before 5AM (first switch off my phone, then hopefully mentally switching off my phone will follow).

Any advice would be very appreciated, thanks! :)
