So what I do is the morning I'm supposed to shower, I lay out my new pajamas, underwear, and slippers. All of it. That night, I take it into the bathroom so I see it when I am using the restroom. The visual prompts me to brush my teeth while adjusting the shower temperature and putting my towel on the closed toilet seat. Then I race myself to see how long my showers take. If I'm just knocking off sweat, it takes maybe 5 minutes. If I'm washing my hair as well as my body, it takes maybe 10 (I have long hair, so I let the conditioner sit while I wash my body). When I rinse off the body, I squeeze the excess water out of my hair, so that if I forgot to rinse out the conditioner, I can tell. I always squeeze the excess water out of my hair anyways, before getting out, and once I'm out and have my towel, I keep moving. Constantly. I shake whatever part of my body that in drying, but also try to shake my entire body so that excess water gets bumped off.
I just need to figure out to stop postponing my showers and brushing my teeth, and marking off things that I haven't done that day in todoist....
Also, sorry about the formatting; I'm on mobile.
