Post Body

I work retail and have been on vyvanse for roughly 2-3 weeks. My problem is that I take my pill in the morning, go in at 2, and leave at 1030. I can't be on my phone at work, so I can't really write down my routines. I had a meeting yesterday with my manager (who knows about my multiple diagnoses) and found out that I only have a couple of things to work on, and the biggest is multistep processes and following routines (not wasting steps, organizing my stock carts better, etc). I don't want to rely on a notebook because when we do another review, it's something that should be ingrained in my mind already. I know basically what I need to do, but I have trouble seeing the bigger picture and doing my work in between being amped up and being chill. Any advice? What works best for you if you work retail? I really love my job because I never do the same thing in one day.
