So on my first semi solo trip to Victoria I'm staying the night in van to vist a friend and i was/ am super anxious because it's new, I don't know the sky train or van area, and I'm not good with being alone started working in that back in febuary but really started in may when I got my antidepressants.
I'm happy to say I've hit tiny hurdles, google maps not being calibrated properly and me not being able to get it 100%. Got it good enough though! Next step was to figure out the skytrain and it only took like 5 minutes and maybe getting off at the wrong stop once? (I'm not sure of the last one)
But I'm doing it I turned my anxiety into excitement and excitement into being able to stop and figure it out!
