Over analyzing and what I realized last night

You may have seen my other post well this one is happy
I was hanging with someone and had deep talks she said wow you are insainly deep and look into everything you over analyz the smallest hand movements and create a whole reasonable but why that when to me it's just a hand movement.
I never thought of that honest to god never did
Sometimes an action is just an action and that's perfectly okay
