...taking my Vyvanse at 10:00PM, instead of the anti-histamine I had intended to take.
Usually, my autopilot is pretty good on routine things, and I've worked hard to make certain things routine.
This weekend, however, like many long weekends, has been, up to this point, meds free and I've overslept a bit so everything is just a little... off.
I wasn't even sure I'd taken the capsule. My working memory didn't want to help me review the last 60 seconds, but I used to have some sensory issues and I still have a very strong tactile/kinesthetic memory and I was pretty sure my hands had gone through the motions.
This moment of self doubt has been brought to you by our sponsor, ADHD!
So, both very sure, yet full of doubt, I went to bed.
1.5 hours later, I woke up to the sound of my heart on Vyvanse.
I think that's a new best for me, when I've taken it in the morning with the intent of crawling back into bed, the longest I've lasted was 50mins, with the usual being 30-40mins.
Oh well, I guess I can get caught up on some of my at home To Dos, and there's always reddit...
