I can't find the comment now, but someone on this subreddit recommended mytomatoes.com, which is a website that uses the pomodoro technique (25 min on/5 min break). I've been using at work for a week now, and I have gotten So. Much. Done! It's not perfect--I still find myself spinning off to check my phone or a website during the 25 minutes, but it's been easier for me to get back on task when I see the timer on my screen. It also has a log of your pomodoros, so when my boss asks, "What have you been doing all day?", I can actually tell him! Thanks again, kind Reddit stranger!
