Having a hard time determining if Adderall is working.
Post Body

I'm a late 20's male who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. I live and work alone, and don't have anybody close to me to help determine how much of an effect Adderall is having an effect on me. My doc and I are playing safe with testing out the dosage, we've tried 10, 15, 20 mg slow release, two weeks at a time each and nothing. I've been on 10 mg immediate release as well, and I've been trying 30 mg in the morning. I feel like there have been some subtle positive effects, like I feel more confident, but it's hard to tell. As far of negative side effects I have occasionally felt some slight headaches, dry mouth and constipation.

Tl;Dr I don't know what I'm supposed to feel, or if I'm supposed to feel anything at all.
