hi everyone! not sure if this belongs here but couldn't find a better place to post this. I am not entirely sure if I have adhd but I show some signs and my ex-girlfriend also pointed out some signs that I may have adhd.
whenever I am thinking or focusing on something, I need to do something with my hands. what i usually do is play with my hair or scratch my hair for no reason and it has become a problem because I am already losing hair and this is not helping because i end up pulling more hair out subconsciously. if I have to stop this I have to specifically focus on not doing this and that makes me lose focus on whatever I am supposed to be doing (working/programming etc). is this because I have adhd? or is it because I have just developed this habit?
does anyone else have the same issue? I tried fidget spinners but I can not do that at work or at public places because it would bother people. even right now I had to pull my hands away from head while typing this. please help. thanks in advance!
