Hi! So I currently take Strattera as of right now. I was originally offered a stimulant by my doctor, but I was very hesitant and wanted to wait a few months to see. I’ve been on strattera around a year now and it definitely has been helping however as of now I think I need that extra help. I made an appointment with my doctor this Tuesday, however I want to preface and say that I am HIGHLY anxious. I have multiple anxiety disorders along with PTSD, and I have heard that stimulants can make anxiety worse. I wrote down questions for my doctors but I was wondering two different things that I wanted others perspective on. 1.) am I able to take strattera and a stimulant together? 2.) am I able to take my anxiety medication with a stimulant?

I take Zoloft as well, and I feel embarrassed to have to take so many medications sometimes :/

I’ll be asking my doctor these exact questions but I just wanted to hear anyone else’s experience
