i always thought ADHD would be much harder during school, but damn it turns out its even more challenging in the workplace. to my fellow adults with ADHD how do you handle your work life? i cant seem to find any time to take a medication break. ive been working from 9 to 6 for months and my meds are barely helping i cant even manage the bare minimum at work and feel soooo bored all the time i guess i will either get fired or end up quitting lmao. what do you do when you start building a tolerance to your adhd medication?
