So i've had some suspicion that I had ADHD since a few years ago. I'm in high school and I'm not sure if symptoms can get"worse" but its been way worse for me than usual and I don't know if its related to ADHD. First, I cannot focus in classes anymore. I'm constantly day dreaming, zoned out, or trying to talk to someone because I'm so bored. I usually have my headphones in if I can sneak them and then play music and just daydream. I usually also listen to the same song on loop (heard this is an adhd thing). It's gotten to the point where I daydream while doing drills in my sport and I'm also constantly checking the clock because I'm bored even while playing matches and I usually have a song constantly playing in my head. I don't even study anymore because when I get home I'm exhausted and I just go on tiktok for hours until I sleep. I have constant thoughts in my head and day dream even more before sleeping. It's like I can't stop thinking about things its nonstop. I also struggle with binging, if i eat some candy I have to finish the whole thing and I can't stop thinking about it. I'm very forgetful and have a hard time remembering things. If my coach explains a drill there's no way I can remember until after doing it a few times. I also learn and study things before a test and still get it wrong even though I just reviewed it before. These are just some examples off the top of my head.
