To tell you how I sometimes neglect important things, I once almost burned my house down. In fact, I wanted to make ramen in the microwave, except that I forgot to add water. When I came back two minutes later, there was black smoke everywhere. The fire alarm didn't even go off because I had forgotten to change the battery. Fortunately, the ramen did not catch fire, probably due to lack of oxygen. Maybe also stick a post-it note on the microwave that says βWater??β would solve the problem.
What I'm getting at is that I'm worried about my exams, especially the lab ones. Indeed, I have to write a complete lab report without forgetting anything (which is complicated with my ADHD) and carry out the experiments without making any mistakes (which is also complicated with my ADHD). However, I am extremely strong in mathematics, calculations and theoretical physics and chemistry. But in practice (in the lab), I tend to make too many mistakes, and I have even damaged school equipment... In short, I am very worried about my future, because I would like to specialize in physics theoretical and discuss the most fascinating concepts of our universe with other scientists, without necessarily having to go through laboratory work. So I would like to have suggestions from people who have experienced a similar situation, so that I know how to get around this problem in advance. I wouldn't want to see my dream destroyed just because I don't know how to do a lab well. π
