How long does it take for about 10 mg of Vyvanse to get out of your body? Or for the affects to no longer be felt?

I have to drive 4 hours on friday. this is my first time ever taking Vyvanse, and it’s making me very unaware and drowsy. if i don’t take it for the next two days will I still feel the affects of it?
it also is NOT making me focus or pay more attention to anything
i just hope it can be purged from my body so much so that i can focus again before having to drive that far. is there anything i can do to get it out of my body?
