I've recently learnt, that you're not supposed to drink alcohol when you've taken Ritalin. I completely ignored this throughout my time at university and don't even know what that did to my brain chemistry. But now I wanted to start and take this serious and thought, ok I just won't take Ritalin on days I'm going to drink. But apparently you're not supposed to do that either! Taking breaks from your meds. I never took them on weekends because I wanted to feel like myself on those days and it seems that was also wrong. How do y'all drink alcohol when we're not allowed to while on meds that we aren't allowed to stop taking.😅
