I worked mostly at home, but now I have to go to office 50% of the time. The problem is that I find it extremely hard to gather myself and go and when I am going to the office I arrive at noonโฆ Also, I keep delaying office days and at the end of the month, the office percentage is too low. My managers complained about this so it is critical for me to improve the number of office days. Do you have some hacks to make this easier in the morning? Any tips on how to get the motivation? Once I get to the office, I enjoy my time there and I like my colleagues. I found out I have adhd one year ago and I take medication for it (atomoxetine).
