Finding it really difficult to manage work and personal life. I can plan but never execute multiple tasks at once. And if I try, it's like my brain overloads and shuts down. I could be doing so much more with my life. I had everything planned in school. But then I took a wrong turn somewhere. Read a couple books on cbt but that's basically gaslighting yourself into thinking you are normal. There were always signs in my childhood that I recollect. But adhd wasn't a thing back then.
