Hello, I’m on 20mg of adderall and I notice whenever it’s going off I get very angry and irritable. I eat relatively well, and am not drinking or doing anything to increase this. It’s very frustrating because by the time it wears and the comedown starts I’m on the way to work (with children who easily will test your buttons). Though I don’t act out on the children, I will get very upset with other stuff. I try to eat a little something like yogurt or a protein shake but still very angry. I would like to keep taking the medicine but I don’t want to be a bitch. Any suggestions are helpful!
