So I’m very interested in Dexedrine Spansules (Dextroamphetamine extended release capsules). Does anyone have any experience with this medicine type?

Being on instant release dextroamphetamine 45mg daily 15mg x3/day, can this be converted directly to 45mg of Dexedrine Spansules?

Also anyone have any insight on Vyvanse dosages that can make by the converted to be in an equal range to what I take (45mg of Zenzedi/Dexedrine) daily?

So I’m on Zenzedi 15mg x3 daily. Great med btw. Zenzedi is another brand like Dexedrine — instant release tablets of Dextroamphetamine Sulfate.

So I gave up on trialing Vyvanse at 40mg 1 week in because the organization’s doctors were misguided, focused solely on tapering me off Valium when not ready, and what I’m conveying is I didn’t know Vyvanse can be used several times a day or even dosages higher than 70mg. Against booster dosages also because the med apparently lasts long enough not needing them.

I was interested in Xelstrym also, and seen 18mg the highest.

I’m here understanding now dosages of max dose aren’t the highest dosage a person can be prescribed like Vyvanse I’ve seen someone write about 210mg daily as prescribed?

I would like insight most on how I can make an effective switch to something like Dexedrine Spansules or Vyvanse.

Also, my Zenzedi dosage was converted from Adderall IR 60mg (20x3 daily) from age 15 to 26; been on Zenzedi since May 2024.
