ADHD and math...
Post Body

I'm reaching breaking point now. Everytime I try and find help for mathematics, it's impossible, I don't have dyscalculia, my ADHD symptoms in general make it impossible to do math. The most advice I've gotten is "drop it", but I'm not ready to see such an important subject pass by, My struggles mainly are:

-Reading, to get to active learning, you must first understand a little bit of concept, now tells this to a man who stared at a book for 3 hours writing 8 lines and reading 1 page, I realise math is about practice, but I had to do 2 FUCKING PAGES, that was all for concept.

-Writing, or practice in general is impossible since my motor control is so fucked up I'm borderline unable to write, which is very sabotaging in math.

-Auditory and visual processing issues, my Brain unfocuses my eyes and hearing every 2 minutes.

-Pomodoro? Timers? None of it works! I'm too much of a mess to try Pomodoro, I can't concentrate for even 30 seconds straight let alone 15, or even fucking 10 minutes. And whenever I do get the tiniest farthing of focus, the break comes along to fuck it all up.

- I literally cannot avoid this age old question: How to do anything your brain doesn't find to be the most interesting thing in the world? You may say if you don't like it, let it go, maybe I'll do just that in college, but I want nothing short of a 90% score on my high school math classes.
