Recently diagnosed with sinus tachycardia - after thorough imaging/testing, there's nothing physically wrong with my heart, and I'm approved to take stimulants.
Tried generic IR Adderall 10mg, it was helpful but I had to take it every 4 hours. It raised my heart rate a little but not much.
So I tried generic ER Adderall 30mg and then 20mg, it was VERY helpful! What I don't love is my HR was over 100 the whole day, up to 120 at rest. Even when falling asleep at night (after taking it in the morning).
Want to try another stimulant and see if I can find an ER that doesn't raise my heart rate - if the IR version didn't, maybe there's an ER version that won't? Dose anyone understand the mechanics at play here - Adderall IR was fine but ER increases heart rate?
In the past I've tried Vyvance but it burns off by 1pm and the crash is intolerable. Wellbutrin didn't help ADHD symptoms at all.
Any recommendations on what's happening here appreciated.
