I was on focalin for a few years and tried vyvanse and concerta recently, both giving me brain fog. About 5 hours after taking it, I would lose focus on a conversation I was having and couldn’t even comprehend anything being said to me.
I switched to Adderall XR and it is still an issue. I was on focalin for a week and it got better, but I cannot be on focalin due to the side effects. Maybe I just need a higher dose, but I hate the idea of being on a high dose of medication.
Switching medication gave me brain fog and I hate it. I can really only think critically when the medication is active. It’s annoying.
Anybody know how long this lasts? Been about 3 months.
