Does anybody have experience with sleepiness?

I’m currently on adderal, have tried ir, xr and ive tried a single pill of concerta. Every time I take my pill, i can barely keep my eyes open. I’ll wake up, take it and need to nap for half an hour then wake up and I’m normal. But then if I take another ir same thing. If it’s xr, same thing minus the second pill later on.

Does anybody have any experience with needing to sleep right after taking? Any specific med that worked best for you? Anyone know why this happen, even my doctor said he’s not really sure it just does in some people. Any advice on what to do, or try to do, would be amazing

Oddly enough, they diagnosed me with a sleep disorder a long time ago. I’ve been taking different things to sleep, including ambien. Literally nothing ever worked. My brain is basically like a non adhd person on meth, I can and regularly stay up for days at a time with no crazy side effects until day 2 . Out of all the things that were supposed to put me to sleep, who would have known I just needed a stimulant to do that hahaha
