They have had me on all different meds for the past three months. I feel like giving up on trying medication. I was just recently diagnosed too, i am a 33 year old woman and when I look back IDK how i survived all those years. People tell me to be patient and not rush it (which is me in a nutshell, always rushing lmao) I just wanna know a good thing I can read/watch or listen to that can help me better educate myself? Or, like I don't know what I am supposed to feel when I am on the medication? I feel like nothing changes... I am just so stressed with this and makes me wanna do nothing. Any recommendations for things to help me unwind as well? Also, if anyone has gone to a therapist to manage their ADHD, how was your experience? I feel like i will try that next along with medication.
