Im asking because I am a little confused in regards to the difference in communication patterns between people with adhd and people who have autism. I struggle mostly with not knowing the proper etiquette to introduce myself. I normally just start rambling. In conversation, I tend to yap about my special interests (infodump) without regard to the other person. I tend to spread "interesting facts" about things like "Did YOU KNOW..." etc. I had to learn how to ask questions properly. I don't know how to talk to people about feelings. I don't know how to end a conversation.
These problems have plagued me my entire life and I got severely bullied in school to the point of extreme social isolation.
