How do I journal when none of my thoughts are important enough to write down?

Provocative title aside, the Buridan's ass-ness of this makes it hard to think "yes, that goes in the BuJo/catch-all/zibaldone/morning pages/etc" in the moment.

"Write down what you have a strong emotional response to" I'm an American cis man with ADHD, I don't have strong emotional responses that I'm aware of.


How do people without ADHD do it? Not that I want to try to replicate that exactly, but it's a model at least
