I’m getting on track …

Hi everyone!

So, a quick backstory:

Diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year. Dealt with depression and anxiety over the years. ADHD diagnosis came with positive changes, but eventual burnout that led to the past several months being very mentally unstable. Instability was exacerbated by lack of solid caregivers, and ending up coming off of Vyvanse 40mg, and escitalopram 20mg cold-turkey. Right off a cliff, essentially.

I’ve been going through the process of getting back on track. I managed to get private counselling therapy thanks to my work benefits. I’ve also started seeing an Occupational Therapist (twice so far. To start, it just feels like I am having the same conversations with two different therapists. Wondering what OT will eventually bring?) I also started back on Vyvanse last week, due to attending a private clinic providing pay-per-service options.

I am just wondering for those of you who have encountered similar issues of late diagnosis and burnout, do you have any suggestions on things to do to get back on track?

Any particular type of professional or program you might suggest?
