Hi! Looking for suggestions…
He’s 10. He played AYSO soccer for a few years. Didn’t help at all. I also don’t have the time or money to continue with organized sports.
He’s also very thin, so I’m worried about him overdoing the cardio. I try to get him to eat, but he’s the take-a-few-bites-and-is-full type.
Also, do you feel that it helps your child more to exercise in the morning (before school, I guess), or after school/evening?
