Hyperfocusing on online shopping?

Post Body
I know how to help ease it. By using wishlists. But that's all I know.
I take days to go through a website. For example t shirts, I'll set high to low and have to go through every single one even though there could be hundreds to thousands.
It's only just hit me now that it could be hyperfocusing.
Anyone else do this?
God I was suppose to buy these bird earrings months ago after comparing all the earrings on the website and I still haven't bought them lol.
