What does adderall NOT help you with?

Executive dysfunction? Emotional dysregulation? Rejection sensitivity?
Only on 5 mg XR til next Monday. Curious if this'll work better than the IR I was on originally.
I guess this goes for stimulants in general. Vyvanse, Ritalin.
