Losing weight

I feel like I'm built to gain weight and not lose weight. I stress eat. I bring healthy lunches but recoil and get something else because I need a reward for the workstress. I can't get myself to go to the gym.

Anyone have any advice? Please don't recommend accountability partners. I've tried that and no one is interested enough to help keep someone else accountable (which I understand).
