Hi,
I suffer pretty badly from Rejection Sensitivity,, so basically when I am in a social situation and I notice my counterpart is not friendly (I mean I really quickly interpret behaviour as unfriendly), I instantly become angry, not in an openly aggressive way, but rather in a passive-aggressive and bitchy way which results in extreme rumination about what of an asshole/idiot my counterpart is. To be honest I hate that I get triggered so easily, I would like to stay relaxed and not overinterpret minimal signs of unfriendliness.
Anyway, my actual question is, how do you, guys, experience Rejection Sensitivity emotionally? Do you get angry, explosive and hateful or rather sad, anxious, guilty?
thanks in advance
