I’m very easily distracted by my phone. I open it for Spotify, next thing I know I’m doom scrolling.
I’m debating getting into Vinyl because 1) I’ve always been fascinated by Vinyl since I was a young kid 2) I can’t get distracted by my phone if I’m listening to a record 3) I hyper focus on a particular song/album/artist and listen to the same things over over and over again
The concern is 1) high upfront costs 2) records or expensive 3) it may end up in the hobby graveyard
Does listening to physical media help y’all focus so you don’t have phone temptation? Should I get into Vinyl? I’m trying to make my decision by Black Friday.
