I'm an ADHD adult that went undiagnosed for a long time. My mind is constantly racing, and often has a song stuck in it for some reason.
Anyway I noticed when I listen to songs where the music stops suddenly my mind is completely silent and still... Does this happen to anyone else?
Not sure why this is but it's cool while it lasts, if only a few seconds. I don't think it solves anything but it's interesting and I'm curious if I'm the only one.
If anyone is interested the song I listen to that has this is "Don't know what to say" by Bring Me The Horizon... Listened to it dozens of times, happens every time.
