So kind of a half-baked 1 am thought, but has anyone here been able to actually work on things that are important to them without stopping every 10 minutes, or without switching onto something new a week later when the new shiny thing comes up? I'm wondering because I think this kind of longer term persistence and shorter term focus is my biggest barrier to being able to accomplish my goals.
Now I know that switching what you're doing every 10 minutes then moving on to a new hobby is the bread and butter of ADHD (and honestly half the time I don't even notice that I do it), but I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to see improvements with focus and persistence?
