What is an ADHD life hack that you can share?
If I have anything I want to save on my phone, instead of saving a tab or screenshot, I send it to myself on Facebook messenger. I also send a written message on what the picture/screenshot/link is, so I can easily do a search to find it. And I can pull it up on any device.
Example: write did I hide my husband's Christmas present? I have no idea, but I can search " Christmas present ' in my message to me and find it!
