Having confusion on whether I have adhd or depression

I have been diagnosed with depression and i am currently taking medicines for depression for the last 5 months. Even though i am able to control some of the symptoms I am still having issues with attention and memory. Does it mean that I have adhd and it was midiagonised as depression.
