What are a couple of things you wish people knew about ADHD?

Post Body

There is a lot I can say for this, but I will say the simple ones.

  1. I'm not being rude by not listening to you it's just sometimes I don't know when to pay attention to your mouth, eyes, and nose just so I don't look weird looking at you

  2. Please don't say everyone has ADHD. ADHD is not some quirky thing; it's terrible and makes life hard.

3.i struggle with paying attention to something that is not interesting so I get impatient or fiddle around. (I try my best to mask myself with this)

I hope this makes sense on what I'm saying and sorry for my stupid grammar i suck at writing.
