I know I should probably talk to therapist for this. But is it the adhd? I'm barely learning it is an issue for me. I used to doubt it was a thing but can someone please confirm there's hope to gain control of my mind. Is the adhd that influential? Does it control the mind more than one might think? And if so is there hope to tame it. How does it affect you? I've only barley began to scratch the surface of this. School was the first time it was brought to my attention that it maybe my hindrance in performance. I guess what I'm asking is can someone with it helo to understand it better. The thoughts float like bubbles and pop away. I can't grasp and hold a thought long enough to fix or figure out what is it I have to do next. If someone may better explain this condition then it would also helo me to look for help. Thanks.
