Starting Vyvance

I’m starting Vyvance tomorrow but I’m concerned. They told me they wanted me to start with 10 mg. Most of the comments I’ve seen from people is that it sounds like they take more than that. The doctor told me it was not based on body size, but I don’t know if I believe that. What has been your experience? They did tell me that I could go up to 20 mg if I thought it was necessary.
