I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD, never even tried to see an expert examine me. However I have multiple of symptoms. Well aside from this i really feel my mind is not present in my classes.
I’m a foreign master student in Germany. My classes are in English. MOST of the times I’m lost, I’m always asking my friends besides me when the professor gave us a task to do in the class. Most of the times I have no clue what we should do and I ask others, they tell me and then I understand.
Today I was just listening to my prof explaining some code but the next second she was talking about doing a task and i lost it and had to ask my classmate who was beside me.
Years ago my boyfriend and I were talking about our problems in the relationship and he made a comment about this exact problem. He said sometimes you are listening to me but it’s obvious that you are not exactly present and your mind is somewhere else.
Has anyone had the same problem as me? Please give me some insights, suggestions and everything that comes to your mind
