I haven’t been diagnosed with adhd but I show a lot of symptoms, and something popped up out of nowhere saying adhd and homosexuality is linked.

I already constantly ruminate over my sexuality, it isn’t as bad as it used to be and have about 70% confidence of identifying as straight. I do struggle with obsessing over a lot of things which when claims of stuff like ‘adhd and homosexuality is linked’ it makes the questioning and doubts worse.

So would you use this as sufficient evidence that I could be lying to myself and the thoughts I’m thinking could very well be true? I’m not against gay people and I hope i haven’t triggered anyone too much.
