Does anyone else have to have external sound like an audiobook to sleep? I do and I've always wondered why. As a kid I'd sneak a radio under my pillow and listen to old radio shows. In college I'd fall asleep with the TV on. Since neither option was viable after marriage, I began falling asleep with earbuds listening to audiobooks. Without them, sleep is almost impossible. Is this an ADHD thing? EDIT: Why do we do this?
