I want to start of by saying i have diagnosed adhd ( when I was 16) and have struggled with it most of my life especially primary school and high school, i even had to go extra time in my maths finals exam because I couldn't finish it on time anyway i have recently started taking medications concerta to be specific and i have realised how different i used to feel and function without meds, like i have been sitting down writing a research paper and i am able to actually focus, i am not always tried throughout the day, and i can actually listen and hold conversations better, the other day i forgot to take it and i was feeling so tried and low energy then i realised I didn't take my medicine. I am able to function way better compared to when I wasn't on my meds, also side note i saw a tiktok of a girl who doesn't have adhd and was taking adderall such people piss me off and it's becoming so common nowadays for everyone to have adhd or take adhd medications, piss me tf off because people who actually need them, won't get as much access to them anymore or aren't taken seriously :/
