ADHD but amazing socially?

Growing up I never struggled in friendships, was always the friend everyone went to when sad, needed help, advice ANYTHING.
I was THE therapist friend. Would let friends sneak in late at night when parents were unfair, would be there with one text.
Iām completely the same now, everyone says I give amazing advice and my friends truly love me.
This literally makes me doubt my diagnosis. Is anyone else like this????
