I have ADHD and bipolar, and I’ve been considering starting a vlog; what I’m shooting for isn’t an actively educational or tips-oriented thing, more just a slice of life style thing showing a person with ADHD going about their day and all the things that go with it/explaining what I’m doing and why I’m doing it as I go. So not something like what Dr. Barkley or How To ADHD are doing, more of a cozyvlogger feel. An example would be something like this channel. She doesn’t focus on anything like ADHD, I just like her vibe.
Is this something that you as an ADHD person might be interested in? I feel like a lot of the creators already out there are a lot more high energy, bright/goofy/quirky types and I’d rather do something that’s a bit more low-key and almost meditative? Like somewhere you can go when you’re overstimulated and need to just sit in silence with a friend. I’m considering not even having voiceovers most of not all of the time, because for me personally that can make a video a bit tough to get through depending on what it’s about and how I’m feeling. But I’m just not sure if that’s something that people would actually be interested in ☹️
Just getting opinions, this is still only a thought inside my head at this point. I haven’t even come up with a name for the channel yet!
